Just Around the Corner!
The countdown is on for the National Microcar Rally 2026, taking place from 3rd–6th September 2026 at Thorpe Farm Centre, Greta Bridge, near Barnard Castle, County Durham. Hosted this year by The Bug Club, the rally promises another fantastic weekend celebrating Britain’s unique microcars.
Microcar owners and enthusiasts from across the UK and overseas will come together to enjoy a relaxed weekend of camping, scenic road runs, social events and an impressive display of classic and modern microcars. Whether you own a Messerschmitt, Heinkel, Isetta, Bond Bug, Peel, Berkeley, Fiat 500 or another small classic, you’ll receive a warm welcome.
Camping is available on site, with limited electric hook-up pitches. The rally officially begins on Thursday 3rd September, although visitors are welcome to arrive from Wednesday, with the option to stay until Monday.
