The NMCR regularly organises a display of Microcars at the Classic Motor Show, held in November each year at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham.
This was the 31st Classic Motor Show and again occupied eleven halls of the NEC.
Our stand this time was a long strip along one wall of Hall 12, near to the stands of the Isetta, Reliant and Heinkel Trojan Clubs, giving visitors a really good selection of interesting micro (and other) cars.
We had lots of space between the cars this year, and that seemed to make it much easier for visitors to step out of the crowd and come up to ask questions.
Certainly, there was huge interest, whether in the technical novelty, the retro designs, or the memories which were brought back to people, of their dad, or uncle, or "bloke down the road" who "had one of these"!

Starring on our display, ahead of the 2015 National Microcar Rally (which was organised by the Frisky Register) was the Frisky Sport, brought along by Malcolm Dudley.
This car joined a record number of Friskies at the 2015 Rally, along with all the other kinds of microcars.
